Upstate Educational Solutions is a growing educational support company founded by experienced educators who are passionate about empowering families through knowledge, advocacy, and high-quality services. Brice Vail is a Speech-Language Pathologist who earned his master’s degree from University of Central Arkansas and has served students across the United States through a remote service delivery model. He strongly advocates for helping parents understand the purpose and value of speech services and how targeted intervention can positively impact a student’s academic and functional success. Elizabeth Mezzacapo is a Special Education teacher with six years of experience in the public education system, along with extensive work providing in-home tutoring services. She earned her Master’s of Education from USC Upstate and has served students across three school districts. Well loved by families, Elizabeth brings a deep understanding of what special education services truly look like inside schools and how informed parents are better equipped to advocate effectively during annual IEP meetings. Together, we are committed to bridging the gap between schools and families through education, transparency, and meaningful support.
